Whether you have had a knee replacement or are coping with knee pain that seems to have come “out of nowhere,” resolution may be simpler than you think. Join Exercise Physiologist and Medical Exercise Specialist Amanda Harris to learn how you can manage your knee pain and get back to your life!
In this interactive presentation, you’ll learn:
Why even some of the fittest people have knee pain
What movements at home, at work, and on the road, are making things worse
Areas of the body you need to “turn on” in order to prevent injury
Simple exercises and stretches to keep your knees happy and healthy
Participation is encouraged, but not mandatory; come dressed to move!
