Ashley, Pianca and Dr. Kates were all exceptional. Everyone took time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Kates researched answers immediately and provided me a course of action to address my injury. Dr. Kates contacted a sports medicine facility, and I am scheduled for imaging within the week.

Outstanding care from the entire staff. This was my first time meeting Dr. Kates and she was thoughtful, caring and provided great advice. I was able to get an appointment quickly.
