A health coach provides highly personalized mentorship and support to individuals who are pursuing behavior and lifestyle changes. As a wellness authority, Tracy Farrell, has been trained to discover what motivates you, to understand your desire to lead a healthier life, and to guide you as you make changes.

Work with Tracy to set goals. She’ll break them down into small manageable steps. Whether your goal is stress management, a nutrition overhaul, or a new exercise regimen, approaching it through small steps can help it seems far less daunting and help you remain committed. Your health coach is your partner throughout this journey, providing support whenever you need it.

What’s Included in our Wellness Program?

Package includes:

  • 4 health coaching sessions

  • In-Body scan

  • Healthy eating advice and meal-planning guidance

  • Exercise Plan

  • Stress management counseling

Health Coaching Consult

Your initial consultation will be for 60 minutes. Tracy will work with you to develop your personalized wellness plan. Your plan begins with a Wellness Vision Statement, which reflects your big picture goals for your overall health. Use this as an opportunity to think about your short-term and long-term goals. Once you’ve identified your goals, your coach will help you develop a strategy for accomplishing these goals. Your coach will conduct a body composition analysis, which determines your baseline and is vital for tracking your progress.

Visit your coach three more times through out the year for 30 minutes follow-up consultations to rescan, track results and make adjustments as needed.

InBody 570 scan

The InBody 570 gives our members a baseline reading on their overall internal health that is over 98% accurate. This test helps our physicians and health coaches create customized wellness goals based off a member’s individual results and check on progress.

The baseline reading includes:

  • Weight

  • Body water balance

  • Visceral fat levels

  • Muscle weight

  • Muscle distribution

  • Body fat percentage

  • BMI

Nutrition & Meal Plans

Based on your health goals and In-Body scan results, Tracy will provide a Macronutrient guide to help you with daily food recommendations including calorie, macro, and portion guide. Each guide includes:

  • Preferred Eating Recommendation

  • Macro ratios

  • Meal Plan ideas

  • Daily Portion Tracking sheet

  • Adjustment guide
