Dr. Quaye Joins WellcomeMD Mooresville

September 26, 2023 – Mooresville, NC – Dr. Emmanuel Quaye has joined concierge medical practice WellcomeMD in Mooresville, NC. Dr. Quaye is a doctor of internal medicine and is certified by The Institute for Functional Medicine, a specialty that has been focal for the past decade.

Dr. Quaye is also a veteran of traditional inpatient and outpatient internal medicine, so his current practice with WellcomeMD is a blend of traditional and functional, science-based healthcare.

WellcomeMD was established in 2017 with its headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. The clinic in South Charlotte opened in late 2019 followed by additional offices in Mooresville, NC, Naples, FL and Atlanta, GA. Dr. Emmanuel Quaye is an Emory University-trained doctor of internal medicine. He has worked as a hospitalist and was assistant medical director of the Urgent Care Center at Atlanta's Grady Hospital. He founded and operated his own private-practice functional medicine clinic. He has served on the faculty at the Morehouse School of Medicine, and he is a co-author on medical journal articles on topics such as hypertension, depression, and enzymes.
